AORTIC COARCATATION IN ADULTS : STILL A LATE DIAGNOSIS

Aortic coarctation is the most common congenital cardiac malformation due to a narrowing of aorta, commonly occurring just beyond left subclavian artery.The diagnosis mostly neonatal by systemic palpation femoral pulses but can be later discovered at big childs even adult. This fact illustrated through our observation 36-year-old man admitted after head injury, during his hospitalization aortic was made following hypertensive peaks resistant antihypertensive drugs.
